Bid Management: 

Project Details- This shows the details of the specific project selected. It allows members to view the related documents and download them.

Bid Form – This tab allows you to create BidForm which you send to subcontractors/vendors whom you want to Bid for a certain project.

Send Invites 

Send invites to individual contacts or anyone your contact list.

Use the various search fields to filter your search.

Send invites to list: Send bid invites to multiple contacts by selecting the preexisting contacts in your list

Sent Invites: Provides a snapshot of the details of the invites you have already sent.

Bid Responses: Shows the response from the various companies which have bid for your invite. This will help you in shortlisting your subs/vendors.

Quote Received- This tab shows the quotes you have received from the various contacts
